  1. 3/4 cups water

  2. 1/4 cup sugar

  3. 2 Tbsp. dried lavender flowers

  4. 4 strips bacon, cooked crisp

  5. 1 1/2 cups chopped honeydew

  6. 3 Tbsp. Midori liqueur

  7. 2 tsp. lime juice

  1. Combine sugar, water, and lavender in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool.

  2. Finely grind 2 strips bacon in a blender, and coarsely chop remaining 2 strips by hand.

  3. Strain sugar syrup into the blender and add remaining ingredients. Process until smooth. Pour mixture into a small baking dish and freeze for 4 - 6 hours.

  4. Stir before serving and garnish with remaining chopped bacon.
