  1. 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed.

  2. 1/3 cup triple berry preserves.

  3. 8 oz round baby wheel brie cheese.

  4. 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans.

  5. 1 egg.

  6. 1 tbsp water

  1. Heat oven to 400. On floured surface, unfold pastry. Roll gently to seal any cracks in dough. Spoon preserves into center of dough. Place cheese wheel on top of preserves. Sprinkle evenly w/ pecans. Fold pastry up and over the cheese to cover. Trim of extra dough and press to seal. Reserve any pastry scraps for top. In small bowl, whisk egg and water together. Brush pastry w/ egg wash. Cut pastry scraps into whatever shape suits you and arrange on top.Brush top w/ egg wash. Bake 25 min or until golden brown. Wait at least 10 min to slice.
