  2. 1 1/2 tsp. paprika

  3. 1/4 tsp. celery salt

  4. 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

  5. 1/4 tsp. onion powder

  6. 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper

  7. 1/8 tsp. dried marjoram

  8. 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, about 6 to 8 ounces each 1 tbsp. vegetable oil

  9. 1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce

  10. 4 ounces crumbled bleu cheese

  1. Stir together the paprika, celery salt, garlic salt, onion powder, lemon pepper and marjoram in a small bowl. Sprinkle the chicken all over with the spice mixture and press lightly to adhere. Combine the oil and Tabasco in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook about 5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Sprinkle the bleu cheese over the top of the chicken and cover the skillet 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese is partially melted. Divide the chicken between plates and serve immediately.
