  1. 1 cup 237ml Honey

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Unrefined vegetable oil

  3. 4 tablespoons 60ml Eggs (medium)

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Vanilla

  5. 1 cup 237ml Milk or water

  6. 2 1/4 cups 140g / 4.9oz Whole wheat flour

  7. 3 teaspoons 15ml Non-alum baking powder

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Sea salt -

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Ground cinnamon

  10. 4 tablespoons 60ml Carob powder

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 350F. Measure honey into large mixing bowl, add vegetable oil and mix. Add eggs and blend with a spoon. Mix in vanilla and add milk or water well. Mix all dry ingredients to liquids, stirring constantly. Grease and flour bundt pan or 13" x 9" cake pan. Pour batter into pan and top with 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
