  7. 3 Rabbits cut into pieces

  8. 1 c Flour

  9. 1/4 c Olive oil

  10. 1/2 c Onions, chopped

  11. 2 Garlic clove, minced

  12. 1/4 c Wine, sherry, dry

  13. 1 c Chicken broth

  14. 1 c Game marinade, strained

  15. 1 t Thyme

  16. 1 t Sage

  17. 1 t Cayenne pepper

  18. 1/4 c Parsley, minced

  19. Salt & pepper to taste

  20. Dust pieces in flour and shake off excess. Brown in olive oil on all sides

  21. in a large black iron pot (My prejudice). Remove and keep warm. Add onions

  22. and garlic to same oil; cook until clear, not brown. Drain off excess oil

  23. and replace rabbit. Pour on sherry. Add broth and strained marinade. Bring
