    1. 1 tsp. active dry yeast

    2. 1-1/2 cups bread flour

    3. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

    4. 1/2 cup wheat bran

    5. 1/2 tsp. salt

    6. 2 Tbsps. soft pitted prunes, minced

    7. 1 egg white

    8. 2/3 cup water

    9. 1/2 cup raisins

    1. All ingredients are measured for a small loaf and should be at room temperature. Add all ingredients, except raisins, in order specified for your bread machine. Set on standard setting, medium or normal baking cycle. Add raisins at the end of the first kneading cycle.
