  6. 2 tb Light soy sauce

  7. 2 1/2 tb Sesame paste or tahini

  8. 1 tb Sesame oil

  9. 1 tb Cider vinegar

  10. 1 tb Chopped green onion

  11. ts

  12. Grated fresh ginger

  13. 2 Cloves garlic, crushed

  14. tb Chinese hot pepper oil to taste

  1. Place the shredded chicken in a bowl.

  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together to form a salad dressing.

  3. Toss with the chicken and arrange on a platter.

  4. Garnish with more chopped green onions, if desired.
