  8. 1 lb Riccota Cheese

  9. 1/2 cup Romano Cheese

  10. 1/4 cup Butter

  11. 4 Eggs well beaten

  12. 1/3 cup Flour

  13. 1/2 tsp Salt

  14. Mix all ingredients together until well mixed. Roll dough into pencil-like

  15. rope about 3/4 inch thick. Drop into boiling salted water. Let cook until

  16. gnocchi float on top. Remove with slotted spoon. Toss gently with your
