  2. 1 pound skirt steak, halved crosswise

  3. 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice

  4. 4 large flour tortillas

  5. 1/4 tsp. salt

  6. 1 cup shredded lettuce

  7. 2 medium avocados, pitted, peeled and thinly sliced

  1. Marinate steak with lime juice at room temperature for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour. Grill steak to desired doneness and thinly slice into strips. Sprinkle with salt. Warm tortillas and layer with lettuce, avocado and steak. Serve with salsa, sour cream and shredded cheese on the side.
