  2. 1 pound ground turkey or leftover cooked turkey

  3. 3/4 cup water

  4. 1 (1 1/4-ounce) package taco seasoning mix

  5. 10 (8-inch) soft taco-size flour tortillas, warmed Toppings: shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, sliced ripe olives, chopped avocados, sour cream, taco sauce.

  1. Heat oil in large skillet. Add turkey; cook, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Stir in water and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens.

  2. Fill tortillas with turkey mixture. Top with choice of toppings.
