  1. Put broth, potatoes, onions, scallions, garlic, pepper, can of soup, pepper and mustard into crockpot Cook in crockpot for 7-8 hours until potatoes are tender.

  2. Fry and crumble bacon, add to soup. Dice Cream cheese and add to soup. Cook about 30 minutes more stirring occasionally to melt and break down cream cheese until soup is uniform and creamy Serve with sour cream, scallions, grated cheese and or bacon bits. YUM!!
