  1. White Chocolate-Cranberry Cheesecake

  2. Makes: 12 servings

  3. 1 1/4 cups Oreo cookie crumbs

  4. 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted

  5. 3 pkg. (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

  6. 3/4 cup sugar

  7. 3 eggs

  8. 4 squares white baking chocolate, melted

  9. 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries

  10. 1 tsp. grated orange peel

  11. Mix crumbs and butter. Press firmly onto bottom of 9-in. springform

  12. pan.

  13. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on

  14. medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing just

  15. until blended after each addition. Stir in white chocolate,

  16. cranberries and orange peel; pour over crust.

  17. 350F for 45 to 50 min. or until center is almost set if

  18. 325F for 45 to 50 min.

  20. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with thawed cool whip,

  21. orange slices, additional dried cranberries and additional grated

  22. white chocolate, if desired.
