  1. 1 pounds Sirloin steak; trimmed

  2. 4 mediums Potatoes

  3. 4 mediums Carrots

  4. 2 Stalks celery

  5. 10 3/4 ounce Reduced fat cream of mushroom soup

  6. 10 3/4 ounce Reduced fat cream of celery soup

  7. 10 3/4 ounce Tomato soup

  8. 1 pack Onion soup mix

  9. 10 3/4 ounce Water

  10. 1 Bay leaf

  1. Cube beef into bite-size pieces. Place in casserole or baking pan with lid.

  2. (Do not precook meat.) Peel and cube potatoes, carrots and celery; place on top of meat. Add soups and water; place bay leaf on top. Cover and cook in oven for 8 hours at 225 degrees. When done, discard bay leaf, stir stew and serve.
