  1. 1/3 cup 78ml Fresh lemon juice

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Ketchup

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Soy sauce

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Vegetable oil

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Brown sugar

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic powder

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly ground black pepper

  8. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Chicken drumettes

  1. Make marinade by combining all ingredients except chicken; mix well. Rinse chicken drumettes well and drain on paper towels. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish; pour marinade over all.

  2. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

  3. Preheat oven to 375F.

  4. Arrange chicken on a rack in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, basting occasionally with the marinade.

  5. Refrigerate leftovers. Delicious hot or cold.
