  2. 2 cup(s) Cheddar Cheese, Grated

  3. 1 pound(s) Sausage , Cooked (I use Maple)

  4. 4 Eggs

  5. 3/4 teaspoon(s) Dry Mustard

  6. 2 1/2 cup(s) Milk

  7. 1 can(s) Cream of Mushroom Soup

  8. 1 can(s) Mushrooms ,

  9. 4 oz., drained

  1. Use 13x9 pan In bowl, mix eggs, mustard, milk, soup & mushrooms.

  2. Layer croutons on pan bottom; Then layer sausage; then layer cheese.

  3. Add Mix (pour over)

  4. Refrigerate overnight.

  5. Bake 300 for 1-1/2 hours
