  1. 1 1/2 cups 240g / 8 1/2oz Kidney beans - cooked

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Sour cream

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon juice

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cumin - ground

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Hot sauce

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Coriander - ground

  1. Mash the beans by hand, using a fork or the back of a wooden spoon.

  2. Blend in the sour cream, mixing until smooth.

  3. Add all the other ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill.

  4. Makes about 1 3/4 cups of dip.

  5. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Polish Sausage, Celery, Corn Crackers
