  1. 2 pieces tofu

  2. 2 tomatoes

  3. 1 slice pineapple

  4. 1 tsp chopped onions

  5. 1/2 green bell pepper

  1. Chop tofu, tomato, pineapple and bell pepper.

  2. Dust tofu with cornstarch. Deep fry until golden brown.

  3. Mix sugar with vinegar. Blend vinegar mixture with all other ingredients, except tofu, to make the sauce.

  4. Pour sauce onto tofu. Serve.
