  1. 1 Salad macaroni - (small seashell)

  2. 1 Broccoli stalk - chopped (medium)

  3. 1 Onion - chopped (small)

  4. 1 Garlic clove - chopped

  5. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Canned or cooked salmon

  6. 1 Artichoke hearts - chopped

  7. 1 Sliced almonds

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Mustard

  9. 1 cup 237ml Sour cream

  10. 1 cup 237ml Mayonnaise

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Celery salt

  12. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Horseradish

  13. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  1. Boil macaroni -- when almost done add chopped broccoli. Drain. Add rest of the ingredients. Garnish with parsley, paprika and almonds. Best if flavors blend in refrigerator overnight.
