  1. 1/2 lb ground pork

  2. 1/4 cup bamboo shoots or water chestnuts, minced

  3. 1/2 cup Napa cabbage , diced

  4. 2 scallion s, diced

  5. 3-5 black mushroom s, soaked

  6. 30'then minced

  7. 1 tsp garlic , minced

  8. 1 Tbs soy sauce

  9. 1 tsp sesame oil

  10. 2 tsp cornstarch

  11. 1 pkg wonton skins

  1. Mix together above ingredients. Place 1 Tbs of meat mixture in a wonton skin, moisten edges with cornstarch/water mixture, then fold in half, pleat front side and pinch against back to seal. Heat 2-3 Tbs oil in frying pan on medium high heat. Add jao-tze and cook for ~3 minutes until golden brown on the bottom. Pour ½ cup water into pan and cook for 5’ until water has almost boiled away. Turn heat to low and cook for 5’ more to remove all excess water. Serve
