  5. 1 lb Penne or Fusilli

  6. 1 tb Olive Oil

  7. 1 ts Garlic, minced

  8. 4 Tomatoes, large, wedges

  9. 1/3 c Black Olives, halved

  10. 1/2 c Feta Cheese, crumbled

  11. 1/2 c Parsley, fresh, chopped

  12. 2 tb Basil, fresh, chopped

  13. 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated

  14. 2 teaspoons of dried basil can be used instead of

  15. the fresh stuff. In a large pot of boiling water, cook

  16. pasta until al dente (tender but firm). Drain and return to pot to keep warm. Meanwhile, in a large

  17. nonstick frying pan, heat oil over medium heat, stir

  18. in garlic. Add tomatoes and cook, stirring, for 3

  19. minutes or until heated through.

  20. Transfer to pot with drained pasta, add olives, feta

  21. cheese, parsley and basil. Toss gently to mix.

  22. Sprinkle each serving with freshly grated Parmesan
