  1. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Oil

  2. 2 cups 396g / 13oz Sugar

  3. 4 Raw apples - chopped

  4. 3 Eggs

  5. 1 cup 237ml Pecans

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cinnamon

  7. 3 cups 187g / 6.6oz Self rising flour

  8. Topping

  9. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Sugar

  10. 1 Margarine

  11. 1 Condensed milk

  12. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well blended.

  2. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 300F fro 1 hour.

  3. Topping: Mix in a saucepan and cook until thick.

  4. Remove cake from oven and cut into squares while still hot.

  5. Pour topping over hot cake and let cool.
