  2. 2 cups cubed cooked pork

  3. 1 cup bean sprouts

  4. 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced

  5. 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

  6. 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

  7. 1/2 cup reduced-fat sesame ginger salad dressing

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Divide among four salad plates; drizzle each serving with 2 tablespoons dressing. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
