  1. 8 c Assorted greens, torn

  2. 1 Carrot, thinly sliced

  3. 2 ts Toasted sesame seeds

  4. --DRESSING--

  5. 1/4 c White wine vinegar

  6. 1 tb Fresh mint, chopped

  7. 1 ts dried

  8. 1 tb Liquid honey

  9. 1 ts Poppy seeds

  10. 1/4 ts Salt

  11. 1/4 ts Pepper

  12. 1/3 c Vegetable oil

  13. 2 salads, refrigerate for future use.

  14. 1 hour.

  15. 1 week. In salad bowl, toss greens with remaining dressing to coat evenly. Scatter carrot over top; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
