  3. 1 cupSun flower seeds:

  4. 1 tbsp Sliced Red onion:

  5. 1/2 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese:

  6. 1/2 Cup Black pitted Olives:

  7. 1 cup Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Directions : 1. Slice and mix all the vegetables. Add olives, cheese and beans and stir gently.

  2. Sprinkle the sun flower seeds just before eating to keep them crunchy!

  3. Add salt and pepper and your favorite dressing. *: You can use varieties of beans, canned or fresh (cooked and cooled)
