  1. 1/2 cup chopped onion

  2. 2 tablespoons butter

  3. 3 cups cooked mashed winter squash

  4. 1 cup (8 ounces) BREAKSTONE'S® Sour Cream

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

  7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  8. 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

  1. In a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Remove from the heat. Stir in squash, sour cream, salt, allspice and pepper. Transfer to a greased 1-qt. baking dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 25-30 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings.
