  2. 3 Cups cooked rice -- (1 cup uncooked)

  3. 1 Jar pimiento -- (2 oz.)

  4. 1/4 Cup or 4-oz. can mushrooms

  5. 1/2 Cup blanched almonds

  6. 1 1/2 Cups cooked chicken

  7. 1/2 Cup sliced celery

  8. 1 1/2 Cups chicken broth

  9. salt and pepper to taste

  10. 1 1/2 Tablespoons flour

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Saute mushrooms and almonds in butter.

  2. Combine rice and pimiento;

  3. place 1/3 in greased casserole; alternate chicken, celery,mushrooms-almond mixture with remaining rice. Pour over the this thechicken, seasoned with salt and pepper and blended with flour. Bake1 hour.
