  1. 12 Crabs - softshell

  2. 1 cup 237ml Salad oil

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vinegar - white

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Tarragon leaves

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon pepper

  7. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Lemon bits or rind

  8. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Garlic powder

  1. Recipe Instructions Liberally baste bottom of crabs with marinade. Grill over coals slowly, at least 12 inches from coals for 5 minutes. Baste top and turn; grill for 5 more minutes. Mix marinade and stand at room temp for several hours (1 C)
