  2. 7 Shallots - chopped

  3. 6 Garlic

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Coriander roots

  5. 15 Pepper corns

  6. 3 Galangal

  7. 2 Lemon grass - chopped

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Coriander seeds

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cumin seeds

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Shrimp paste

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt
