  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Rotini - cooked as directed

  2. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Broccoli flowerets

  3. 1 cup 237ml Zucchini - sliced

  4. 1 cup 237ml Yellow squash - sliced

  5. 10 oz 284g Frozen peas - thawed and drained

  6. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Cherry tomatoes - if desired

  7. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Parmesan cheese - grated

  8. 1 cup 237ml Ranch salad dressing

  1. Cook pasta in a large pot with more water than required on the directions2E About 7-8 minutes before the pasta is ready to be drained, add the broccoli, zucchini and yellow squash.

  2. Finish cooking the pasta with the vegetables until everything is tender-crisp.

  3. Drain everything well and place it all in a large bowl. Add peas, parmesan cheese and tomatoes (if desired). Toss well with the ranch dressing.

  4. Serve warm.
