    1. 3 c

    2. 10 medium

    3. 1/4 c Lemon juice

    4. 1/4 c Finely chopped maraschino

    5. -cherries

    6. 6 1/2 c Sugar

    7. 1 Bottle

    8. 6 ounces

    9. -pectin

    1. Thoroughly mash bananas.

    2. Measure 3 cups into a large saucepan.

    3. Add lemon juice, cherries and sugar; mix well.

    4. Bring to hard rolling boil; boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly.

    5. Remove from heat ;quickly stir in pectin.

    6. Ladle into clean, hot jars.

    7. Seal.

    8. Makes 8 or 9 half-pints.
