  1. 2 tablespoons margarine

  2. 2/3 cup rice

  3. 2 teaspoons salt

  4. 1 medium onion -- chopped

  5. 1 clove garlic -- chopped

  6. 2 cups bologna -- diced

  7. 1 can tomatoes --

  8. 19 ounce

  9. 1 can whole kernel corn -- drained

  10. 1 1/3 cups water

  11. chopped parsley

  12. 14 minutes exactly. Remove from heat and let stand, still covered, for 10 minutes. Turn onto a platter and sprinkle generously with chopped parsley.
