  2. 1 c. chopped onion

  3. 2 clove garlic minced

  4. 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

  5. 8 oz. canned tomato sauce

  6. 1 can tomatoes (28 oz.) undrained

  7. & smashed

  8. 1 bay leaf

  9. 1 tsp. dried marjoram

  10. 1 tsp. dried oregano

  11. 1/2 c. dry white wine

  12. 1/4 tsp. black pepper

  13. 1 lb. mix of scallops white fish &

  14. shrimp, coarsely chopped

  15. 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

  1. In 4-qt. saucepan, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add tomatosauce, tomatoes, seasonings, and wine. Let simmer 20 to 30 minutesuncovered, stirringoccasionally. Add seafood and simmer 3 to 4 minutes, or until shrimp arepink and scallops and fishare opaque. Discard bay leaf. Add parsley and serve.
