  1. 1 lb linguine , cooked al dente

  2. 2 garlic cloves , minced

  3. 1/2 cup onion , finely chopped

  4. 1/4 teaspoon dried chili

  5. 1 lb shrimp , peeled and deveined

  6. 3 tablespoons white wine

  7. 2 teaspoons olive oil

  8. 2 tablespoons lemon juice , fresh is better

  9. 1 teaspoon paprika

  10. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  11. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley , chopped

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick pan and saute garlic and onion until soft.

  2. Add dried chili peppers and shrimp. Stir until shrimp is almost cooked. Add wine and pasta to pan. Toss.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.

  4. Serve immediately. ?
