  1. 90 g Egg noodles

  2. 120 g Celery

  3. 50 g 25 g 1/2 tbsp 1 tsp Premium Oyster Sauce

  4. 1 tbsp Corn starch

  5. 1/2 tsp Sauce Mix Hoisin Sauce

  6. 6 tbsp Water

  7. 7 tbsp Corn starch

  8. 1/2 tsp Salt

  9. 1/4 tsp

  1. Mix pork with marinade. Cook noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain and keep warm. Saute minced garlic and onion in 2 tbsp oil. Add minced pork and stir-fry until done. Add celery, sauce mix and heat through. Pour pork over noodles and garnish with shredded green onion.
