  1. 1 ts Whole Mustard Seed

  2. 1/2 c Onion; Chopped, 

  3. 1 Md

  4. 1 tb Vegetable Oil

  5. 30 oz Garbanzo Beans; Drained, 

  6. 1/2 c Chicken Broth

  7. 2 tb Tomato Paste

  8. 1/2 ts Salt

  9. 1/4 ts Cinnamon; Ground

  10. 1/8 ts Cloves; Ground

  1. Cook and stir the mustard seed and onion in the vegetable oil in a 2 quart saucepan until the onion is tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally, until the beans are heated through, about 5 minutes. Serve
