  1. 1/4 cup 40g / 1.4oz Granulated lite brown sugar

  2. 2 teaspoons 10ml Mustard powder

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Celery salt

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Worcestershire

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Balsamic vinegar

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Clean water

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix the dry ingredients in a cup. From dry cup, then on to the liquid, measure into a small sauce pan: Bring to a boil just before serving, on account of the smell. It will be thin, so use a spoon to parcel it out to the worthy. I dribbled this over Shake and Bake Pork Chops, 3/4 inch thick, and the audience said that it would be even better over nekkid Pork Q.
