  1. 2 tablespoons flour

  2. 5 ounces evaporated milk

  3. 2 cups ham , diced

  4. 12 ounces frozen chopped broccoli

  5. 1/4 cup onion , minced

  6. 1 cup swiss cheese , grated

  7. 2 cups water

  8. 1 cup half-and-half

  1. In a small bowl mix together well the flour and evaporated milk.

  2. To the crockpot, add ham, broccoli, onion, swiss cheese, water and flour/milk mixture.

  3. Set crockpot to low and cook for 7 hours.

  4. Before serving, stir in half-and-half and heat thru. Serve immediately.
