  2. 3/4 to 1 lb. med rare roast beef (deli sliced)

  3. 1-2 ripe tomatoes sliced

  4. 1/2 to 3/4 lb. sliced provolone cheese ( or mozzarella) sauce:

  5. 1cup mayo

  6. 1/2 cup pesto

  1. split rolls, spread with sauce on both halves of rolls. fill with slices of beef,tomatoes and cheese. To "take along" wrap in plastic wrap and store in cooler.
