  1. cook grits according to directions if you have never cooked grits before and set aside. In a small skillet add 1/4 cup of canola oil, let oil get hot then add your bologna frying on both sides until desired doneness. Drain off access oil on a paper towel, simply spoon your grits on a plate then adding your bologna over the grits.
