  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sake

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Sauce hot-pepper

  2. Makes about 1/3 cup.

  3. Will keep short periods if refrigerated.

  4. Serve: as a dip for meat balls or egg rolls.
