  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Super fine sugar

  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  3. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Cabbage

  4. 1 cup 237ml Sour cream

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Celery seed

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml White pepper

  7. 1 cup 237ml Mayonnaise

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vinegar

  1. Cut cabbage into quarters. Cut out core. Slice cabbage into long ,thin slices. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add shredded cabbage and toss lightly.
