  9. 1/4 Lb fresh mushrooms -- sliced

  10. 1/2 green pepper -- sliced thin

  11. 8 Oz whipping cream

  12. 1/8 Tsp lemon pepper spice

  13. fresh grated Parmesan cheese

  14. salt -- to taste

  1. Cook fettucini, Fry bacon in butter. Remove from heat and keep warm. Fry garlic for 30 seconds, add remaining vegetables and saute until tender crisp. Remove from heat and keep warm. Add cream to pan and blend in egg yolks. Cook over low heat stirring until sauce starts to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in seasoning. Toss vegetables, cream and fettucini together with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
