  1. 6 md Red potatoes, boiled in skin 

  2. 1/2 ts Dried oregano

  3. 2 lg Mild onions, sliced thin Salt and pepper to taste

  4. 1/2 c Olive oil 

  5. 8 Black Greek olives

  6. 1/2 c Fresh strained lemon juice

  1. Peel and cube the potatoes while still warm and combine them with the onions in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients except the olives, toss gently but thoroughly.
