  1. make a marinade of:

  2. 1/3 c. oil

  3. 1/3 c. lime juice

  4. 1/3 c. water

  5. 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

  6. 6 but there is enough marinade to do

  7. 8 or your could do b/s thighs

  8. Make a salsa with:

  9. 1 c. black beans

  10. 1 c. drained corn (canned or frozen)

  11. 1 c. prepared salsa (any type you like)

  12. Grill chicken breasts and serve the salsa spooned over the top. I sprinkled some cubed avocado over the salsa and you could also spoon on some sour cream. Served it with spanish rice, refried beans and warmed flour tortillas.
