  3. 3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  4. 1 teaspoon honey

  5. Coarse salt

  6. 1 small head romaine lettuce (about 12 ounces), cut or torn into small pieces

  7. 1 small head frisee (about 6 ounces), separated into small pieces

  8. 1/2 tart green apple (such as Granny Smith), cored and thinly sliced

  9. 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

  10. 6 chives, cut into 3/4-inch pieces (about 3 tablespoons)
