  1. 500g boneless chicken

  2. 5g garam masala

  3. 30g ginger-garlic paste

  4. 50g oil

  5. 4 onions, chopped

  6. 5g chili powder

  7. 2g red food coloring

  8. 1 tsp turmeric

  9. 100g yogurt

  10. 1 bunch cilantro

  11. Salt to taste

  1. Mix garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, food coloring, turmeric, yogurt and salt in a bowl. Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture for about 1 hour.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry them until they turn golden brown.

  3. Add the chicken pieces and fry until the gravy disappears.

  4. Sprinkle chopped cilantro and onions on the pieces.

  5. Serve with pulao rice.
