  1. 1 package (11 oz.) STOUFFER'S Welsh Rarebit , defrosted according to package directions

  2. 1 pound bulk Italian sausage , cooked and drained

  3. 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chiles

  4. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  5. 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

  6. 3 cups all-purpose baking mix

  1. PREHEAT oven to 400 F. Grease 24 muffin cups.

  2. COMBINE welsh rarebit, sausage, chiles, chili powder and cumin in medium bowl. Add baking mix; stir just until moistened. Spoon mixture into prepared muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.

  3. BAKE for 15 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
