  1. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves salt and pepper to taste

  2. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

  3. 1 teaspoon dried sage

  4. 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  5. 6 cloves garlic

  6. 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer

  7. 2 sprigs fresh parsley, for garnish

  1. Salt and pepper the chicken breasts and broil them until golden brown. Place the chicken in a slow cooker with the rosemary, sage, thyme, garlic and beer. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours. Remove the chicken breasts, garnish with parsley and serve.
