  9. 1 tbsp Premium Soy Sauce

  11. 1/2 tbsp Sugar

  12. 1 tsp Pepper and salt to taste

  1. Soak clam in salted water. Drain before use. Boil water and cook the clams until shells open. Take out the clam meat. Strain the water and keep as clam broth. Stir-fry pork, Kimchi and onion in 2 tbsp oil until done. Stir in clam broth, clam meat, seasoning mix and bring to the boil. Add tofu, leek, chili peppers and boil slightly. Add the egg on top and avoid breaking the yolk.
