  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Beef base

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dry parsley

  9. 1 Garlic minced

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sugar

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Red pepper

  12. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Dry American cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions Place hamburger in large skillet. Separate into small pieces and saute until meat is brown. Remove meat from skillet and drain off most liquid. Place pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes and drain. Add 1 tbs olive oil to skillet and saute onion, celery, peppers, and garlic until soft. Add cooked pasta, hamburger, tomatoes, bouillon, parsley, sugar and pepper. Toss ingredients. Simmer slowly for 20-minutes while stirring frequently. Serve when flavors have blended. A small bowel of dry American cheese should accompany the meal with crusty bread, and green salad. Makes 4 servings.
